List services
Returns all available phone verification services with their supported countries. Requires phone:read API key scope.
Responses are cached for up to 1 hour via Cache-Control: max-age=3600. Supports conditional GET with If-None-Match / ETag to avoid redundant transfers.

Cancels a pending verification session. Requires `phone:write` API key scope. Only `pending` sessions can be cancelled. Returns 409 for non-cancellable states.
Create captcha task POST
Submits a captcha solving task. Include `type` and a matching type-specific object (e.g. `recaptcha_v2`). Requires API key with `captcha:write` scope. Returns `202 Accepted` immediately with a task ID. Poll `GET /api/v1/captcha/tasks/{id}` until `status` is `solved` or `failed`. Subject to hourly and monthly quota limits.
