Create captcha task
Submits a captcha solving task. Include type and a matching type-specific object (e.g. recaptcha_v2). Requires API key with captcha:write scope.
Returns 202 Accepted immediately with a task ID. Poll GET /api/v1/captcha/tasks/{id} until status is solved or failed. Subject to hourly and monthly quota limits.

Returns all available phone verification services with their supported countries. Requires `phone:read` API key scope. Responses are cached for up to 1 hour via `Cache-Control: max-age=3600`. Supports conditional GET with `If-None-Match` / `ETag` to avoid redundant transfers.
Wait for captcha task GET
Returns captcha task status and result by ID. Requires API key with `captcha:read` scope. Poll until `status` is `solved` (solution in `solution` field) or `failed` (reason in `error` field).
