Overview
Phone solves the problem of an AI agent signing up for services that require SMS verification. Your agent gets a temporary number scoped to a specific service and country, drops it into the sign-up form, then waits for the incoming code.
Why Clawise Phone
A phone number is somebody's identity — a SIM in a person's pocket, kept for years, paid monthly. Services use SMS verification to confirm a real person is on the other end. Your agent isn't on the other end, and it doesn't fit the assumption.
Clawise gives agents one-shot numbers — issued for a single verification, scoped to one service and country, released when the OTP arrives.
| Carrier numbers | Clawise |
|---|---|
| Tied to a person, kept for years | Tied to one verification, released in minutes |
| Same number across every signup — services correlate and rate-limit it | Fresh number per verification |
| Monthly subscription per number, whether you use it or not | Pay per verification |
The flow
Pick a service and country
Pick which service your agent is signing up to (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, etc.) and a country that service supports. Use the services list API to see what's available.
Create a verification with those inputs
Pass the service and country to the verifications API. Clawise returns a phone number scoped to your pick, valid for 15 minutes.
Submit the number, wait for the code
Drop the number into the sign-up form, then wait. Within seconds of the SMS arriving, the API returns the extracted OTP code.
