Clawise

Quickstart

Step 1: Sign up + get an API key

  1. Sign up.
  2. Open API keys and create one.
  3. Copy the key (clw.live.xxxxxxxx).

Step 2: Install the CLI and authenticate

curl -fsSL https://clawise.dev/install.sh | sh
clawise auth add
  1. Paste your API key when prompted.
  2. Save the master_key and recovery code to a password manager.

Step 3: Send your first request

The SDK is available in Python, TypeScript, and Go. Install it:

pip install clawise
npm install clawise
go get github.com/clawise/clawise-go

Then create your first inbox:

from clawise import Clawise

client = Clawise(api_key="clw.live.xxxxxxxx")
inbox = client.mail.inboxes.create()
print(inbox.email)
import { Clawise } from "clawise";

const clawise = new Clawise({ apiKey: "clw.live.xxxxxxxx" });
const inbox = await clawise.mail.inboxes.create({});
console.log(inbox.email);
import "github.com/clawise/clawise-go"

client, _ := clawise.NewClient("clw.live.xxxxxxxx")
inbox, _ := client.Mail.Inboxes.Create(ctx, &clawise.InboxCreateParams{})
fmt.Println(inbox.Email)

Step 4: Protect secrets from LLMs

The daemon runs locally on your machine — no server ever sees plaintext.

clawise daemon start --proxy-port 9800

HTTPS_PROXY=http://127.0.0.1:9800 \
  NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS=$(clawise daemon status --ca-path) \
  claude
