Cancels a pending verification session. Requires phone:write API key scope.

Only pending sessions can be cancelled. Returns 409 for non-cancellable states.

Wait for OTP GET

Waits for and returns the OTP from the verification's received SMS. Requires `phone:otp` API key scope. Long-polls for up to `timeout` seconds (1–300; defaults to 60). Returns `found: false` with `timeout_seconds` when the timeout elapses without an OTP. Returns 409 if the verification was cancelled; 410 if it expired.

List services GET

Returns all available phone verification services with their supported countries. Requires `phone:read` API key scope. Responses are cached for up to 1 hour via `Cache-Control: max-age=3600`. Supports conditional GET with `If-None-Match` / `ETag` to avoid redundant transfers.
