Upload attachment
Uploads an attachment for use in a subsequent send. Requires email (inbox scope) and file (multipart form field).
Uploaded attachments expire 24 hours after creation. Include the returned id in SendMessageRequest.attachment_ids.

Deletes a label by ID. Messages previously tagged with this label retain the tag data but the label no longer appears in the labels list.
Download attachment GET
Redirects to a presigned download URL for the attachment. The presigned URL expires shortly after generation; do not cache it.
