List messages

/api/v1/mail/messages

Lists messages in one inbox, newest first.

Required: email (target inbox). Optional filters: direction, label, thread_id, before, after. Pagination: cursor, limit.

email*string

Inbox email scope.

cursor?string

Pagination cursor returned in next_cursor of the previous response. Omit on first request.

limit?integer

Page size. Defaults to 20.

Sort order. true returns oldest first; defaults to newest first.

direction?string

Filter by mail direction.

Filter to messages with this label.

thread_id?string

Filter to a specific thread.

before?string

Messages created before this timestamp (ISO 8601).

Send message POST

Sends an outbound email. Required fields: `to`, `subject`, and a valid `from` address belonging to an inbox. Supply `reply_to_id` to thread the message. Attach pre-uploaded files via `attachment_ids`.

Get message GET

Returns a single message by ID. Includes fields only available on single reads: `reply_body`, `message_id_header`, `references`.
