Add list entry
Adds an email address to the organization's allowlist or blocklist.
Allowlists permit only listed senders/recipients; blocklists deny them. direction controls whether the rule applies to inbound (inbound) or outbound (outbound) mail. Optionally scope the rule to a single inbox via inbox_id.
